Ras Abdelrasul brings nearly 20 years of experience across mortgage banking, asset management, and private equity. In 2019, he founded Nvestor Funding, Inc., an institutional-quality private capital platform focused on providing flexible, asset-based funding for real estate projects. As CEO, Mr. Abdelrasul oversees all day-to-day operations, credit policy, and capital markets strategy. Under his leadership, Nvestor has scaled rapidly to become a top 50 national RTL lender, originating and funding over $1 billion in real estate transactions nationwide.

Mr. Abdelrasul began his career at Wilshire Credit, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, during the 2000s financial crisis, managing distressed mortgage portfolios and repositioning large pools of defaulted loans. He later served as Director of Special Assets at Green Tree Servicing, successfully overseeing the disposition of more than 100,000 distressed properties on behalf of Fannie Mae. From 2013 to 2017, he held a portfolio management role at Window Rock Capital, acquiring $1 billion in single-family rentals and $2 billion in residential transition loans. As Partner and COO of Triumph Capital, he scaled monthly RTL originations from $5 million to $35 million in under two years, establishing himself as a leading force in private lending before launching Nvestor Funding.
